Metro 2 Integration Enhancement

Metro 2 Integration Enhancement
We have enhanced our Metro 2 credit reporting integration. Now, the reporting tool now enables you to perform L1 account changes and manually override Payment History Profiles (PHP) for your migrated accounts. This functionality will help maintain data integrity during the transition from legacy systems, as it allows you to accurately reflect historical delinquincy and account identifiers. Now, when you merge imported legacy profiles with LoanPro's real-time calculations, you will have a seamless reporting experience and avoid unnecessary negative credit impacts or bureau errors for your borrowers.
How can I use it?
To facilitate precise credit reporting updates and maintain data integrity during account transitions, you will need to create the following custom fields within your loan settings:
L1
- Field Name: Change Indicator
- Field Type: Select
- Field Options:
- 1, Consumer Account Number Change ONLY
- 2, Identification Number Change ONLY
- 3, Consumer Account Number AND Identification Number Change
- Field Options:
- Field Type: Select
- Field Name: Current Consumer Account Number
- Field Type: Text
- Max Length: 30
- Field Name: Current Identification Number
- Field Type: Text
- Max Length: 20
- Field Name: L1 Report Date
- Field Type: Date
Manual PHP Overwrite
- Field Name: Manual PHP As Of
- Field Type: Date
- Field Name: Manual PHP
- Field Type: Date
To perform an L1 account change using these custom fields, the Change Indicator field must be set to 1, 2, or 3 to trigger the L1 segment and signal to the bureaus which values are being used to indentify the account. In the Current Consumer Account Number and Current Identification Number fields, enter the values that are currently on file with the bureaus; LoanPro will then map these to the new account identifiers within the platform. Crucially, the L1 Report Date must fall within the current reporting period.
For manual PHP overwrites, use the Manual PHP As Of and Manual PHP fields to bridge gaps between legacy data and LoanPro's calcuations. In the Manual PHP field, enter the 24-character legacy string. The Manual PHP As Of date determines when the legacy history ends.
