Enhanced Balance Less than Payment Amount Calculation Flag

We have enhanced the balance-lessthan-pmtamt calculation flag.   - Delinquency figures double-counting interest for scheduled payments when the outstanding balance was lower than the payment amount.   - Loans not adjusting scheduled payments in accordance with the flag settings when the payment made on the account that lowered the principal balance lower than the payment amount was made after the original maturity date.
