Expanded date options for Configurable Payment Schedules

We expanded the Configurable Payment Schedule feature to include the ability to determine a start date for interest only offset schedules. Previously, interest only offset type schedules only allowed you to set a number of offset days. Now, you can determine a specific day of the month for interest only offset schedules, making it easier to configure unique payment schedules for your borrowers.
