"We’ve added the ability to easily view card statuses within the customer portal, giving customers more account visibility. Previously, the card status was not displayed in the portal. The following statuses are now displayed:

  • Active
  • Active – Reissued
  • Active – Virtual Only
  • Inactive
  • Blocked
  • Stolen
  • Lost
  • Expired
  • Cancelled
  • Frozen
  • Pending Activation
  • Pending Emboss"
