Servicing agents can now securely view the last four digits of the primary account number (PAN) and the expiration date directly within the LoanPro UI. This update makes it easier for your servicing agents to provide support to card customers. Previously, this information could not be viewed within LoanPro.

Please note that this change only applies to cards created via an integrated issuing processor. Card’s within a Bring Your Own Issuer Processor (BYOIP) configuration do not have this functionality.
