Galileo Card Synchronization

We have added enhance functionality for Galileo Card Management. Previously, card management processes were completed in Galileo and then reflected in LoanPro. Now, those process can be completed in LoanPro or Galileo and will be synchronized to the other platform. The card processes that are now automatically synced to Galileo are:

• Card Status Updates
• Card Activation
• Card Billing Address Updates The following attributes are
  • automatically synced:
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • Country Code
• Card Shipping Address Updates The following attributes are automatically synced:
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • Country Code
• Cardholder/Customer Information Updates The following attributes are automatically synced:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Middle Name
  • Birth Date
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Phone Type
• Reissue Card Processes
• Galileo Account Event Handling

To enable the card synchronization feature, navigate to Secure Payments > Card Issuers > Galileo Pro and set "Card data synchronization" to Bi-directional.

Card management controls can be found in Secure Payments > Cards > "select a Galileo card" > Card settings.
