We have have updated our Customer Portal to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This provides enhanced accessibility to users, including:

  • Keyboard Navigation You can now navigate the portal using only a keyboard without the use of a mouse.
  • Color Contrast We have added an updated color palette to ensure a higher contrast between text and backgrounds to enhance readability.
  • Screen Reader Compatability All images now have descriptive "ALT Text", and form fields have labels so screen readers (like JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver) can interpret the page.
  • Focus Indicators We have added clear visual outlines to selected buttons and links.
  • Reflow & Zoom The portal now supports zooming up to 200%.
