Combined convenience fee option for Repay transactions

We added the ability to combine payment amount and convenience fee into a single total for bank card payments processed through Repay, providing greater flexibility in how your payments are processed. Previously, the amount and fee were stored and processed separately. Now, they can be combined and stored in the additional information tab of a transaction within Secure Payments.
